Do I need a consultation before booking? +
New clients are encouraged to begin with a Hair & Colour Consultation. Elisabete’s work isn’t about executing instructions or copying a photo — it’s about designing a look that suits your hair, features, and lifestyle. During your consultation, she’ll guide you through what to book next and when, so there’s no guesswork.
I’m not sure what service to book. What should I do? +
When in doubt, start with a Hair & Colour Consultation. You’ll meet one-on-one with Elisabete in a calm, private studio, discuss your goals and hair history, and leave knowing exactly what to book next.
How do I book an appointment? +
All appointments are booked online through Square. Returning clients can book services directly. If you’re new, planning a change, or unsure what to choose, start with a Hair & Colour Consultation.
Do you offer free consultations? +
Yes. Hair & Colour Consultations are complimentary and recommended for new clients, transformations, and major colour work. Bridal consultations are planned separately.
What makes this different from a traditional salon? +
This is a private, appointment-only studio with one client at a time. There’s no noise, no rush, and no overlapping appointments. Each visit is focused entirely on you.
Where are you located? +
We’re located in Riverbend + West Five, in West London (London, ON). Details are provided after booking.
What should I do before my appointment? +
Arrive on time and come prepared to discuss your hair history, lifestyle, and long-term goals. Reference photos are optional — the consultation is about understanding you, not replicating a picture.
