Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible through the booking system, or contact us directly.
Cancellations
Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee, depending on the service length and timing. Exact fees and requirements may be presented at booking.
No-shows
Missed appointments may require a deposit to book future services.
Running late
If you’re running late, please call or message as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be adjusted based on remaining time.
